Fees for Mediation, Arbitration or Med/Arb are $250 per hour payable 1/2 by each party or $125 per hour per person.  Mediation is scheduled for a minimum of 2 hours.  Fees are due at the commencement of the Mediation.  Mediation will be canceled if parties present to the mediation and fees are not provided at the commencement of the mediation.  

Fees for CLR, Guardian Ad Litem, and Special Master work require a $3,000 retainer payable based on orders issues by the court. Retainer must be payed prior to work commencing. Work is billed at $275 an hour for attorney work and $125 an hour for paralegal work.

Consultation fee is $100 for one hour

Standard hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm; however, scheduling and location can be flexible. If travel or location is an issue, ZOOM is also available for mediation set-up. Call or email for special arrangements.  Weekend and evening hours are also available.
