In Faith Based Arbitration, parties who agree to e bound by the Arbitration, can bring their disputes to the Arbiter, present their positions, according to their faith, to the Arbiter to have the Arbiter make a decision and issue a written Arbitration Award.

In Child Informed Arbitration, the parties who agree to be bound by the Arbitration, can bring their disputes involving their children to the Arbiter, the parents can provide their positions, and can allow their children to state their positions directly to the Arbiter. The Arbiter will then make a decision and issue a written Arbitration Award resolving the issue.
